Complaints Procedure
The centre alms to provide a high quality, efficient and accessible facility for play to children between the age of 3 and 5 years.
From time to time a parent or a child may feel that they have a complaint against some aspect of our group or individual member of staff. Usually it should be possible to resolve any problems as soon as they occur. If not, then you should follow the formal complaints procedure set out below:
Put your complaint in writing to the chairperson of the management committee.
Full details along with names and dates should he included, letting us know what it is you are unhappy about.We will acknowledge your complaint as soot as possible and fully investigate the matter within 14 days. lf there is any delay, we will advise you of the reasons. We will keep you up to date with what is happening and give you a full reply.
The response you receive will be copied to the staff member(s) concerned, with recommendations for any action to be taken. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can ask the chairperson of the management committee to raise the issue at a full committee meeting.
Individual members of staff have the right to reply to any complaint at any stage.
The decision of the Management Committee is final.
